1.  Orlando Residence

In a modern bachelor pad, June Street Architecture has used Bolzano sandstone to clad a contemporary fireplace offering a timeless and clean aesthetic. The stone has been threaded through the home on other volumes including a large, central spin wall that runs the entire space of the interior.

2. Inner-city House

Framing this inner-city home’s living space is a honed bluestone fireplace with a plinth that continues around the room. AM Architecture has carried through the neutral materials and color palette with a dark charcoal feature wall, black window frames and a concrete floor.

3. Glassford Residence

Alison Dodds Architects have used a single palette in this contemporary extension drawing the flooring material up into the fireplace. The warm grey tones and heavily distressed finish of the Chalford Limestone enrich the space amongst the restrained color palette.
