A central staircase with a void was used within the building to allow light and ventilation to penetrate into the ground floor. The client required a low maintenance building exterior which was achieved with painted FC cladding and stone work around the main entry. Working with Basalt concrete pavers in the driveway and La Roche limestone around the pool area and balconies adds another dimension texture to the building. The Clancy random ashlar wall surrounding the pool also adds softness to the contemporary modern lines of the build.
